What is a credit?
A credit is one SMS up to 160 characters. Longer messages and MMS use more credits:
  • Up to 160 chars — 1 credit
  • 161–360 chars — 2 credits
  • MMS (image/file) — 3 credits
Credits are deducted only on successful send. Inbound replies from your recipients are always free.
Do I need a 10DLC number?
Yes — US carriers require a registered 10DLC or toll-free number for any application-to-person SMS traffic. We handle brand registration, campaign setup, and carrier approval. Allow a few business days.
Can I port my existing number?
Yes, if the number is portable. We verify portability, submit the port order, and coordinate with your current carrier. Most ports complete in 5–10 business days.
